The popular "off-duty" model style that fashion fans love was missing from the plus model market. Seeing an opportunity to showcase the beautiful faces that were making waves in curvy fashion, it was time to put the spotlight on these models. After developing the strategy for the program, I developed the first Model Off Duty Program for Madison Plus. This included managing the program, casting the girls through their agency's, shooting the models for their feature, developing the questions we would ask them, and preparing the content for publishing online.
